Regina Anime-Fest features a variety of exhibitors, including those selling Japanese candy, toys, video games, artwork, and apparel. The event also includes panels and video game tournaments, along with appearances from anime industry professionals and celebrities.

The cosplay contest allows entries in store-bought or homemade costumes, with prejudging on the day of the convention. Prizes are awarded in various categories, and all contestants must fill out an entry form prior to the contest.
Panels and contests are included with admission, and no sign-up is required to attend them. The event schedule is displayed throughout the venue.
